Since 1880. The restaurant keeps the tradition of globefish dish for more than 130 years.
We purchase natural tiger globefish from Shimonoseki (Yamaguchi pref., southwest part of Honshu area) in order to keep the traditional taste.
The interior of Kaneman is 120% Japanese style with six rooms with tatami mats.
You can enjoy Edo-style natural globefish dishes, but also the beauty of Japanese interior decoration.
