The first chef was very famous as a master of kitchen knife. He was introduced in a Japanese popular gourmet comic books called 'OISHIMBO (delicious)' for many times.
FUKUSUKE is specialized in sea bream dishes; such as sashimi, pickled, grilled, steamed, dried etc.
